Happy Birthday, Princess...

My lovely girl is three today. I carried her up the stairs tonight as she fell asleep on the drive home from Grandma and Grandpa's house. I had to stop in front of the mirror and look at her. I loved carrying her when she was a baby, so perfectly small and portable. Now her feet dangle, brushing my thighs, and she is heavy enough that I can't carry her for too long. Kids growing up...it's always a bit bittersweet.

This is her second birthday cake. We spent tonight just with Grandma and Grandpa.
Yesterday she had the best time at her party...princess style.

These were decorations I put up above our dining table. Mia called them cloud flowers.
And the Princess herself with one of her pretty guests.
We had a jumper for the kids (thanks to the Ferrendelli's) and lots of yummy food (tacos, pancit palabok from Grandma, chicken wings, nachos, candy apples). She played the entire time. I know she felt special and I'm so glad that we were able to give this to her. She was so excited with her presents too. Lots of clothes, pinkness, Dora, and Disney Princess things to keep a girly-girl happy.

Thanks, everyone!

D, yup those are the Martha Stewart ones!

May, Mia NEEDS some Disney Princess videos. We only have The Little Mermaid, I think.
